MeKo® is a globally recognized ISO-certified contract manufacturer, specializing in laser material processing for the medical sector. Resoloy® is MeKo’s proprietary magnesium-based alloy developed for next-generation bioresorbable implants. With its exceptional mechanical strength and carefully controlled degradation Resoloy® is ideally suited for temporary scaffolding during the healing process — particularly for cardiovascular applications.
Vasculoy®
The nickel- and cobalt-free Vasculoy® alloy for implants
About 13% of the population suffer from nickel allergies, with a significant upward trend. For this reason, MeKo has developed an implant alloy specifically for vascular applications like stents for affected patients.
PolyMediX®
High-Precision Polymer Tubes with Drug Integration
PolyMediX® tubes are manufactured at MeKo using a new innovative process. With PolyMediX®, we produce high-precision implants from polymer materials perfectly tailored to the customer's requirements. The gentle manufacturing process also allows the integration of drugs into the polymer tube wall.
