EPflex Feinwerktechnik GmbH has been developing and producing high-tech instruments for minimally invasive surgery worldwide since 1994. We continue to grow and now employ around 400 people. In addition to the production of guidewires and stone retrieval devices, we are a competent development partner for our customers.

On an area of more than 7,000 m², we are equipped with the latest technologies and production facilities in our production plant. With our own toolmaking department and in-house technology centre, we support our customers from the initial idea and prototype production through to series production. We also support our business partners with product approval. EPflex is an OEM manufacturer and, as the responsible manufacturer, also has CE approval. Our quality management system fulfils the requirements of the ISO 13485 standard and Regulation 2017/745 MDR.

With a large number of patents, we have repeatedly developed solutions over the years that have opened up completely new and unimagined possibilities for diagnosis and treatment for medical professionals. Our mission is to continue to push the boundaries of minimally invasive medicine and enable patients to have shorter procedures, less pain and a faster recovery.
