Hygienic Dispenser VPHD
With our Pharma Dispensers, the filling of syringes can be done semi-automatically. The advantages of this are that filling is clean, gentle on the product, and highly precise. Thanks to the reversible direction of rotation or the programmable suck-back at the end of dosing, the material is retracted into the dosing needle in a defined manner. This ensures an absolutely clean thread break. Another positive effect: Contamination of the packaging with the dosing material is therefore prevented.

FDA conformity of elastomers
Hygienic Emptying systems ViscoMT-XS
All elastomer materials in the emptying systems of Hygienic Design are FDA-compliant. Furthermore, we work with stainless steel 1.4404 and 1.4571. The inner and outer surfaces of the stainless steel parts are polished. Surfaces in contact with the product have a surface roughness < 0.8 μm. It goes without saying that the GMP guidelines were implemented in the design of the progressive cavity pumps. They are designed to be hygienic and easy to clean and are available in protection class IP54 as a standard. Higher protection classes up to IP67 are available upon request.
preeflow® eco-PEN and eco-DUO
Our dispensers are also used to bond catheter components. Depending on whether the catheters are made of glass, plastic or metal, RTV silicones or UV-curing adhesives are generally dispensed here. We guarantee very fast application with reproducible adhesive application – with a repeatability of >99 %.With our micro dispensing brand preeflow, even the smallest quantities of adhesive are applied with pinpoint accuracy. The volume is demonstrably the same throughout the entire production cycle. The delivery rate can be optionally changed if required by a specific component of the catheter, such as balloon, cuffs or even connectors.
preeflow®eco-DUOMIX
eco-DUOMIX is THE dispensing system for all difficult to mix viscous 2-component materials. The dead space optimized mixing capsule used, instead of a mixing spiral, is available as a consumable and is installed directly at the outlet of the dispenser. Inside the capsule, the motor-driven mixer ensures optimum mixing of even difficult to process components despite its small volume. Precise application of even the smallest sealing beads is achieved by means of an exchangeable dosing needle, which is mechanically connected to the mixing capsule.
